Dry
4 1/3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons artificial sweetener
pinch of salt
Wet
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons any vinegar
13 chocolate chips
1/2 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 and spray small ramekin with oil
Mix wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls (leave powdered sugar for garnish)
Fold wet into dry ingredients to make a batter
Pour into prepared ramekin. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
Bake for 21-23 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. Let cool for 5 minutes
(Optional) Dust top with powdered sugar
